Our Process.
Every cleaning gets a thorough clean according to the manufacturer’s manual instructions. Here’s our process:
Fabric covers are vacuumed and then cleaned by hand to get tough stains out, and if manual instructions allow, the material covers are put through the washer to make sure we get all of the debris out.
Harness webbing is surface cleaned and never fully submerged.
Plastic shell is vacuumed, scrubbed, and cleaned.
Buckles, latches, and crevices cleared and disinfected.
Strollers, wagons, highchairs, and baby swing frames are wiped down.
100% air-dried and inspected before being put back together.
Baby gear will be put back together according to the manual instructions.
Once your gear is fresh and clean, it will be returned to your porch ready for your next adventure.
Safe products. Manufacturer-approved methods
Every cleaning uses non-toxic, plant-based products: Castile soap, Molly's Suds, and Branch Basics. For tougher stains and odors, we may also use distilled white vinegar and baking soda. Soft-bristle brushes and microfiber cloths only.
We never use bleach, steam, fabric softener, or submerge the harness, because none of those methods are manufacturer-approved and can affect the safety and reliability of your products.
