Your Questions, Answered

  • When you book, you will choose a window timeframe on the day of your choosing. The morning of pickup, Mikayla texts to confirm a tighter time window. Pickups happen between 4pm & 7pm. Leave the gear on your porch (no need to be home), Mikayla grabs it, and brings it back cleaned the next morning (usually between 6am- 8am) unless you have a different drop-off time/day.

  • Most jobs come back the next morning. Heavier jobs (multiple items, deep stains) may need an extra time. But this will all be agreed upon between both parties before the time of service. You pick the drop-off day at booking, so there are no surprises.

  • We follow all manufacturers manuals for each product when it comes to how a cleaning gets done. Start with a spot clean of the fabric covers, run a cycle in the washing machine (if it is manufacturer approved). Harness webbing surface ois wiped down but never submerged. Plastic shell is vacuumed and hand cleaned down to every crevice. Stroller and high chair frames wiped down where applicable. Everything air-dried and inspected before it comes back to you. Your gear will be put back together according to manual instructions.

  • Non-toxic, plant-based products: Castile soap, Molly's Suds, and Branch Basics. For tougher stains and odors, distilled white vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, and baking soda may be used.

We never use bleach, steam, fabric softener, or submerge the harness. None of those are manufacturer-approved on child car seats and using them can damage fabric, weaken harness webbing, or void your warranty. Will follow the same protocol for every other baby gear item.

  • No. No upcharges, no surcharges, no judgment. Whatever your kid did to their gear, we've seen it before. Just tell us what to expect when you book so we can plan the time and bring the right products. Your price stays your price.

It is important to note that these types of cleanings generally take longer, but we stay in contact with you if more time is needed.

  • It is important to note that once mold is grown through the foam, a car seat is no longer considered road safe which in that case we will not accept the cleaning. Mold in small surface areas are tasks we are willing to tackle but cannot guarantee that we can get everything out.

If your seat has mold, send a few photos through to our email. We'll review them and get back to you the same day with a quote and an honest answer on whether the seat is worth cleaning.

  • Car seats are $45 for one, $85 for two, $125 for three, $165 for four, and $40 for each additional. Infant carriers are $35 standalone or $30 as an add-on. Strollers, high chairs, boosters, pack and plays, and other gear range from $25 to $75 depending on the item.

Pickup and delivery within our service area is included. Full pricing lives on the Services page.

  • A few days out is ideal, especially for weekend pickups. We run seven days a week within scheduled windows, so most weeks have room, but the closer to launch we get, the faster slots fill.

We do however accept same day bookings before 2pm if there are still timeslots open. If there isn’t a spot available on the calendar, text us and we will be happy to try and squeeze it in if we can.

  • Reschedules are free with 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window are subject to a 25% fee since the route and time are already locked in. Outside that window, full refund, no questions asked.

  • By hand, every piece. Covers come off, get spot cleaned and then get washed with non-toxic, plant-based detergent. Plastic shells / frames get scrubbed and disinfected. Every crevice gets cleared. Harness webbing is surface-cleaned only (never submerged, never machine-washed). Buckles and latches get cleared of crumbs and gunk and sanitized. Everything air-dries before reassembly and inspection.

  • No. The whole reason we clean the way we do is to keep your warranty intact. We only use methods and products the manufacturer approves for your specific seat / baby gear.

  • Most of the time, yes. Fresh stains, food spills, vomit, milk smells, sippy cup leaks. Those almost always come out completely. Old set-in stains, sun-faded fabric, or odors that have soaked into the foam underneath the cover can sometimes leave a shadow or a hint behind.
